"Taking the first step towards therapy can feel like a big one, and I honor the courage it takes. I am here to support you on your journey towards healing and growth. Originally from Moscow, Russia, I provide services in both Russian and English. I am committed to creating a safe, compassionate, and trauma-informed space where you feel truly seen, heard, and empowered.
I hold a Master's degree in Clinical Counseling Psychology from Brenau University and am currently pre-licensed, working under the clinical supervision of Lisa Southerland.
I work with adults with a history of childhood trauma, anxiety, and depression, as well as couples facing life challenges. Outside of clinical practice, I also teach psychology in higher education. My therapeutic approach is primarily rooted in psychodynamic principles and person-centered care. However, I combine other evidence-based techniques to meet each individual's needs.
If you're seeking a safe, compassionate space to understand your experiences, heal from past wounds, and build stronger self-esteem or relationships, I'm here to listen. Let's explore your unique story and work towards the peace you deserve."
