Life can be amazing, but it can also be hard! Life can present us with the most difficult of situations and challenges that make us question our feelings, understandings, and actions. Some days we feel like we are succeeding and soaring while other days we begin feeling overwhelmed and confused. My goal is to assist each client in finding new understandings and confidence within their own strength to conquer the difficult feelings and situations life can present to us. It takes courage to seek out counseling. I desire to provide a safe place for individuals to come, heal, and explore their thoughts and emotions. In counseling, we will work together to process through difficult seasons of life building upon your strengths and finding new alternatives towards healing and fulfillment.

I have attained my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Argosy University. I am a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor (LAPC) and a member of the National Board of Certified Counselors (NCC). I have worked with individuals, families, and youth (ages 10 and up) in private practice, non-profits, and non-traditional and alternative school settings. I love working with each of my clients as they find their strength within! I practice from Cognitive Behavioral and Client Centered theoretical perspectives. I believe that building a good therapeutic relationship is paramount as we delve into life’s concerns.

If you are interested in counseling, I would be honored to speak with you to see if this may be a good therapeutic fit. I offer free 15-minute phone consultations prior to scheduling your first appointment. Currently, I am accepting clients on Mondays and Fridays only. I look forward to speaking with you and embarking on this journey of healing and fulfillment together!
